I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship and intimacy challenges, reproductive and sexual health concerns, infertility, pregnancy loss, medical trauma, grief, and family-building journeys. Drawing on clinical, personal, and research experience, I understand the grief, identity shifts, relational conflict, and uncertainty these experiences can bring. My approach is trauma-informed, feminist, client-centred, and non-pathologizing. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support healing and nervous system regulation. I provide a space where grief, hope, and resilience can coexist, helping clients cultivate self-compassion, meaning, connection, and confidence as they move forward.

How We Work

Clinically Grounded

Every recommendation, report, and treatment plan is built to hold up, in session and in court when it needs to.

Genuinely Warm

Our two Victoria locations are designed to feel like a home, not a clinic, because that's what good support should feel like.

Connected

We work as part of a wider network, alongside family lawyers, MCFD, schools, and community organizations, so families aren't navigating support alone.
