Empowered Motherhood
what is it?Empowered Motherhood is a therapy program created by our clinical director, Katie Campbell-Elsdon. As a mother of three juggling the demands of caring for her children, running a business, and maintaining a loving marriage, Katie knows how overwhelming it can be to navigate the world of modern motherhood. Empowered Motherhood was designed to help mothers feel more confident, secure, and authentic in their motherhood journey.
