Katie earned her Bachelors of Education Degree from the University of Victoria and after teaching for three years pivoted her career to focus on adult education after some health challenges. Katie has spent the past ten years working for the BC Public Service and specializes in Learning and Leadership Development. Katie has led many learning and development programs including a successful Supervisor Training Series for over 3 years that has an average of 181 live attendees for the virtual training sessions.
